 How do you identify your wedding photography style?

Our wedding photography is a mix of photojournalism and natural portraits.

Which lighting situations do you have experience with?

We have experience with all types of lighting including indoor wedding ceremonies, outdoor weddings -sunny, cloudy, raining, fog, mist, and everything in between - Colorado is known for it's quickly changing weather. Low light, full sun, shade ... We can handle anything!

Do you have a media preference?

Digital

How many photographers do you work with?

We prefer to work as a husband/wife team so there are two photographers at your wedding.

Do you sometimes book yourself for more than one wedding in a day?

Never more than one wedding per day. Sometimes more than one wedding per weekend on popular dates.

Do you have a replacement photographer in case you become unavailable on the wedding day?

Yes, we have several great photographers we could call in the event of an emergency; many of them are part of our group, Wedding Photographers of Colorado.

Do you bring back-up equipment to the event in case of malfunction?

Absolutely! We wouldn't feel comfortable photographing your wedding with out backup equipment.

If hourly, are you available for shooting overtime? If so, how much do you charge for overtime?

Yes, overtime is $300 per hour for two photographers or $200 per hour for one photographer.

Do you require a meal break? If yes, do you require that the wedding party provide your meal?

Not required but nice. Often, your caterer can provide a box meal or a scaled down version of your guests meal.

How many breaks do you usually take throughout the day?

We take a small break during the dinner hour.

Do you charge for travel?

Yes. We love to photograph in the mountains. Our travel fee helps cover our expenses.

How soon after the event are the proofs ready for viewing?

We will have your proofs ready for viewing 2-3 weeks after your wedding.

In what format are the initial proofs offered?

Online proofs for three months and a custom slideshow to share with family and friends.

How long can the couple keep the proofs?

wedding proofs are online for three months. The high Res DVD is yours to keep forever.

Do you retain the copyright for the photos?

Yes, but we copyright so you can print them, as well.

Do you reserve the right to publish the photos?

Yes, but you can let us know if you feel strongly about this.

Do you provide the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the couple?

Yes! You can make up to poster size prints and post them on facebook, web pages and e-mail.

What kind of albums do you offer?

Vision Art, ZookBook, GraphiStudio. We also offer a GREEN wedding album from White Glove!

How long does it take to deliver a book?

6-8 weeks.
